为了进一步丰富职工的文化生活，以快乐体育为基础，增强员工的身体素质，增加员工之间的交流。 2010年 5月 8日将迎来办公室与装配部两部门之间的篮球友谊比赛，请公派或罩司员工到时亲临现场观看。

一、比赛名称：唐德机械有限公司“迎世博”男子篮球赛

二、比赛地点：公司篮球场地

三、比赛时间：2010年 5月 8日，傍晚 18： 00— 19： 00

四、比赛队伍：办公室、装配部；每队参赛队员限报 5-7名

五、比赛裁判：肖飞（办公室领队）、刘刚（装配部领队）

六、比赛记分：鲁晓庆

七、竞赛规则：

1、本次比赛采用篮球比赛赛规则，采取“四人制”比赛。

2、比赛分四小节，每节 15分钟，场中休息 5分钟。

4、比赛每节可两次换人的机会。每节比赛最后三分钟不许叫暂停。

八、参赛要求：

1、遵守比赛规则，服从裁判指挥，如因此打架，将取消比赛资格。

2、服装整齐，尽量穿上自己的运动服装比赛。

3、遇到规则外的问题，由裁判组裁决。

4、请两方队长尽快落实好比赛的队员。

备注：此比赛是部门与部门之间的比赛，暂试运行，不涉及到整个公司篮球联赛里。如遇到天气或部门特殊情况，在另行通知。

1.比赛方法

一队四人，候补球员最多3人，但可依主办单位而增加人数团信。比赛分前、后半场，每半场各 30分钟，中场休息 5分钟。比赛结束两队积分相同时，则举行延长赛 5分钟，若 5分钟后比数仍相同，则再次进行 5分钟延长赛，直至比出胜负为止。

2.得分种类

球投进篮框经裁判认可后，便算得分。 3分线内侧投入可得 2分；分线外侧投入可得 3分，罚球投进得 1分。

3.进行方式

比赛开始由两队各推出一名跳球员至中央跳球区，由主审裁判抛球双方跳球，开始比赛。掷界外球。

4.选手替换

每次替换选手要在20秒内完成，替换次数可根据现场实际情况定。交换选手的时间选在有人犯规、争球、叫尘闹暂停等。裁判可暂时中止球赛的计时。

5.罚球

每名球员各有 5次被允许犯规的机会，第6次即犯满退场。且不能在同一场比赛中再度上场。罚球是在谁都不能阻挡、防守的情况下投篮，是做为对犯规队伍的处罚，给予另一队的机会。罚球要站在罚球线后，从裁判手中接过球后 10秒内要投篮。在投篮后，球触到篮框前均不能踩越罚球线。

6.违例

大致可分为（1）普通违例：如带球走步、两次运球、脚踢球或以拳击球。（2）跳球违例、（3）跳球时的违例：除了跳球球员以外的入木可在跳球者触到球之前进入中央跳球区。

7.侵人犯规

---与对方发生身体接触而产生的犯规行为.比如打人.

初中生篮球比赛规则：

第1条：比赛时间、比分相等和加时赛：每场比赛时间10分钟，如比赛时间终了比分相等，则进行罚球决胜负至决出胜负为止（总决赛采用1分钟决胜期，比分再相等则罚球决出胜负）。

第2条：比赛开始时，由裁判掷币选择发球权（加时赛，按交替迅坦拥有权规则执行发球）。第3条：中篮后由对方掷界外球（中场）

第4条：得分：投篮二分区得1分，三分区得2分，罚中得1分。

第5条：争球：如果在比赛中出现争球，按交替拥有球权规则执行发球。

第6条：换人：死球时可以换人（中篮后对方可换人）

第7条：暂停：每场比赛每队各有一次暂停，每次暂停时间为30秒，暂停不停表，但是如果在离终场结束前1分钟则停表。

第8条：罚球：全队第7次犯规开始执行罚球1次，罚球后由对方掷界外球。罚球不停表，但是如果在离终场结束前1分钟则停表（罚球时，其他队员不站位）

第9条：发弊升球（掷界外球）：发球时，首先将球传给对方，当对方回传球后，方可传球给同队队员，亩卜桐开始进攻。每次发球地点均在中场。

第10条：“24秒”：比赛时，控球方在20秒钟内未投篮，则判违例，由对方发球。

第11条：攻防转换：抢得防守篮板球或抢断球后，须将球传出或运出“三分线”方可进攻。

第12条：对投篮运动员犯规：如果中篮，得分有效，登记犯规后，由犯规方掷界外球。如果投篮不中，判给投篮队员罚球一次（三分区投篮罚二次），然后由对方掷界外球。

第13条：每队有3分钟赛前热身活动（准备工作）。如果一方迟到5分钟，则判该队弃权。（准备活动不准扣篮）。

第14条：所有球队在第一场比赛开始后不允许私自更换参赛队员。

各年级:

一、时间：2017年9月—10月

二、地点：河北医科大学临床学院篮球场

三、参赛单位：06、07、08级各大班

四、主宏颂办单位：河北医科大学临床学院团委学生会

承办单位：各年级学生会

协办单位：体育教研室

五、赛程安排

预赛：由各年级学生会主办，每个年级决出前三名，并排定名次，进入复赛。

复赛：由临床学院团委学生会主办，各年级将参加复赛的队伍名单于4月11日之前上报院团委。

六、比赛规则

1、比赛为五人制整场比赛，每队限报10人。

2、各队自备队服并印号，比赛双方应注意队服颜色不要相近，

队服颜色由秩序册中比赛顺序在前的队(主队)负责协商，如出现问题由主队负责。

3、上下半场各25分钟，中场休息10分钟，比赛时间以主席台时间为准，有主席台吹响结束哨。

4、比赛中各队换人次数不限，五次犯规罚下，全队犯规累计到第七次罚球，队员由上篮动作被侵犯，一律罚球，严重视为技术犯规，累计两次技术犯蔽配郑规的罚下。

卖滚5、视比赛激烈程度(如果下半场结束前三分钟两队比赛相差不到10分)最后三分钟停表。

6、赛场上一切必须服从裁判指挥。

七、注意事项

1、提前20分钟到场。

2、记录比赛队员的首发号码和替补号码。

3、本班比赛请辅导员务必到场。

4、建议各班组织拉拉队为本班加油，保持好赛场秩序。

5、建议各班组织服务人员，保证各班运动员的后勤服务，保持赛场清洁，遵守体育道德规范。

6、通知双方队员如有换人情况，提前到主席台说明，由裁判通知上场。

7、如遇到天气变化等情况影响或推迟比赛，则另等通知进行比赛。

8、比赛队伍如有事先申请，如迟到15分钟以上，影响比赛正常进行，按弃权处理。

9、各班需在比赛过程中，保持头脑清醒，文明比赛，本着“友谊第一，比赛第二”的精神，如有打架冲突出现，将取消本班比赛资格情节严重者按学校校规处理。

一、比赛时间及有关安排

地点：鱼山校区篮球场，崂山校区塑胶篮球场、体育馆附馆

2.为增加比赛的娱乐性、观赏性，本次比赛采取男女混合组队方式，以部门工会为单位报名，也可两个部门工会联合组队(不超过两个部门)。

各研究生培养单位、全体研究生：

为了丰富我校校园体育文化活动，加强各学院之间的相互交流与学习，引导学生热爱体育，参与体育，享受体育。经研究决定于2017年9月20日至10月28日举办“迎新杯”篮球赛、羽毛球赛，为了保证活动的顺利进行，现将相关事宜通知如下：

二、举办单位：

主办单位：陕西师范大学研究生院、研工部

承办单位：陕西师范大学研究生会、体育学院研究生会

三、举办地点：

篮球赛在长安校区篮球场，羽毛球赛在两校区体育馆。

四、报名要求：

1.篮球赛各队设领队1名，教练1名，运动员12名。(如果所在学院研一研二年级男生总人数少于12人可联合组队报名)。各学院请于9月20日21：00前将报名表报送至体育学院研究生会(联系电话：18919961296;接收邮箱：459432414@qq.com)并拟定于2017年9月21日12:00于陕西师范大学体育学院报告厅进行分组抽签。
